Natalie is a co-worker of my wife’s and has perfected this recipe for protein powder balls that apparently taste just like the ones offered at the cafe in their office.
Ingredients
- 1C Oat Flour
- 1C Rolled Oats
- 1 1/3 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Aldi or Levels on Amazon)
- 1C Sun Butter
- 1/2C Honey
- 2/3C Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1tsp Vanilla
Instructions
Combine ingredients in mixer. Stir on medium setting until all ingredients are blended. Cool dough in the fridge then using a cookie dough scoop roll out the balls. Should make approximately 25. The mixture may feel dry and crumbly. Use pressure to squeeze them into shape.
