Ingredients:
- 1C rolled oats
- 4C ice water
- 2Tbsp honey
- 1/2tsp vanilla
- 3Tbsp unsweetened coconut
- 1tsp coconut oil
Combine ingredients in a blender. Don’t over do the ice or you will have an oat milkshake! Blend on high speed for 40 seconds. Strain into a bowl through a nut milk bag. Store in a refrigerator. Contents will settle so shake it up throughout the week. This milk will last around a week in the refrigerator.
