Pancakes

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/4 C Almond Milk
  • 4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Olive/Grape Seed Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 6 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 C Wheat or White Flour
  • Pancake Syrup
  • Butter

Serve with BACON & SCRAMBLED EGGS.
Mix wet ingredients then add dry. Test a pancake on grittle & add flour or milk to get desired thickness. 
Cook on greased grittle on medium heat (5). Wait until bubbles form then flip.
