- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/4 C Almond Milk
- 4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Olive/Grape Seed Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 C Wheat or White Flour
- Pancake Syrup
- Butter
Serve with BACON & SCRAMBLED EGGS.
Mix wet ingredients then add dry. Test a pancake on grittle & add flour or milk to get desired thickness.
Cook on greased grittle on medium heat (5). Wait until bubbles form then flip.
