Oat Bread

  • 2.75 Cups Oat Flour (3C Rolled Oats)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5C Oat Milk
  • 2Tbsp Honey
  • 1Tbsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 350. Start with wet ingredients then whisk in dry ingredients. Line Bread pan with parchment paper & bake loaf for 45 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Cool before slicing.

Bread can stay out for a couple of days or last up to a week when refrigerated.
